Share Purchase Programme for Employees
Volue is establishing a share purchase programme for employees. The eligible participants are offered to purchase shares with a subscription value of NOK 10,000 to NOK 30,000. Employees are offered a 20% discount, maximum NOK 7,500 and the shares are subject to one-year lock-up.

The subscription period will run from 15 December to 21 December 2021. The price per share will be based on the average volume-weighted share price on the Oslo Stock Exchange from 15 December to 21 December 2021. Volue will be using treasury shares for onward sale to employees.
