Share Purchase Programme for Employees 2021
21 December 2021: As announced on 14 December 2021, Volue has established a share purchase programme for employees and has offered participants to purchase shares with a subscription value of NOK 10,000 to NOK 30,000, including a 20% discount. The subscription period was from 15 December to 21 December 2021.

The price per share has been set at NOK 54.6810, based on the average volume-weighted share price on the Oslo Stock Exchange from 15 December to 21 December 2021. In total, employees subscribed for 101,547 shares under the share purchase programme. All shares subscribed for under the share purchase programme are subject to one-year lock-up and will be settled with treasury shares.
