Prices are based on the subscription tier. The tier gives you access to connect to the API and retrieve data you subscribe to. If data is intended to be stored centrally by your company or organisation and shared across departments and locations, please contact your Sales & Account Manager as additional fees apply.

Questions and Answers

The invoice for the API usage will be issued together with the invoice for your subscription access. 

All API calls towards https://api.volueinsight.com/ are logged to Google Cloud Logging. The logs include our customer identifier and the amount of data retrieved, pr. call/request. This includes all calls to the API through phyton, Excel or click in the graphs in the API on https://volueinsight.com. Downloading from the app through download button is not included.

We will not stop your access to the Data API if you exceed your tier. We will after five months review the usage. If you have exceeded your limit in two or more of the first five months, we will upgrade your subscription.

No changes will be made during the contract period. Every 12 months or upon renewal of the contract, we will re-evaluate the tier that best serves your needs.

If your company is not using the API (0 calls and 0 MB), you will not be charged.
