Thale Kuvås Solberg Joins Volue’s Executive Leadership Team

Thale Kuvås Solberg has joined Volue’s Executive Leadership Team as Chief Delivery Officer.

In this new role at Volue, Thale Kuvås Solberg will oversee the parts of the organisation that facilitate the delivery of value to Volue’s customers: Product delivery, Consultancy services, Support & Managed Services.

Thale has almost 20 years of experience in banking and finance, fintech and green-tech, working with strategy, business development and innovation. Her experience from Boards of Directors at both listed companies and start-ups is especially valuable as Volue is a fast-growing company with global ambitions.

In 2020, she was named one of Norway's 50 leading women in technology by Abelia.

At Volue, Thale Kuvås Solberg has led M&A integration work and strategic projects, as well as headed the Professional Services Consultancy.

Previously, she worked for over 10 years in Norway’s SpareBank 1 system as a leader and business developer. She was also a manager in Ernst & Young's (EY) management consultant department and started her career as a trainee at the investment bank JP Morgan Chase.

She has a Master's Degree in Economics with a specialisation in Strategy, Internationalisation and Business Management, and has extensive international experience having worked and studied on four continents.
